Dr. Crystal Swinton Cooper is an educator, author, trainer, instructional designer, and workforce development leader with more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education, professional learning, leadership development, and organizational growth.
Throughout her career, Dr. Cooper has trained, mentored, coached, and supported educators, child care directors, trainers, coaches, business owners, program administrators, and emerging leaders. Her work focuses on helping professionals strengthen their knowledge, build confidence, improve leadership practices, and expand their impact within the organizations and communities they serve.
